Unlike many other cleaning companies we do not use contract resources as we insist we know who we are working with. When employing any new staff we engage a third party to check staff credentials and references thoroughly including pre-employment Ministry of Justice Criminal History Checks.
We recognise a good, confident level of communication skills is important for all staff too and we ensure they are easily identifiable by their uniforms and photo ID security passes.
Often our team are on your site out of normal business hours, so we work with you following your site processes and our own security and safety plan to keep our team and your site secure.
